Dennis G. McCloud and Ellis Quinn, Jr. have been added to the 11 person
list of those not allowed in any Missouri Riverboat Casino.
Executive Director Gene McNary says “the Exclusion List has been
dormant for years. It’s now our policy to utilize the riverboat gaming casino
exclusion in cases where a crime has been committed and there’s a gambling
nexus. In the coming months we anticipate adding the names of gamblers excluded
in other states.”
Dennis McCloud, a former D.A.R.E. officer in Hannibal, was convicted in
2000 of Felony Mail Fraud and Conversion to Own Property of Another in the United
States District Court, Eastern District of Missouri. McCloud was sentenced to
twenty-four months in prison. Ellis
Quinn Jr., of Nashville, Tennessee was convicted in 2006 in the 7th Judicial
Circuit Court of Clay County, Missouri of two counts of Felony Cheating at a
Gambling Game. Quinn was then sentenced to three years in the Missouri
Department of Corrections on each count.
