Smokers and Gamblers

Colorado is the latest state to report reduced revenues as a result of a smoking ban. Read the story here from the DenverChannel.com.  Profits are down significantly. Just yesterday, Illinois officials said it was the economy and not the smoking ban which was putting a dent in casino revenues.
