HANGING AT LUMIÈRE: PGA superstar Vijay Singh weathered Thursday's storm at Lumière Place, enjoying lunch at Asia before trying his luck on the casino floor. Actor Kevin Spacey
was recently spotted at the casino, where he stopped in to get a
caffeine fix at the new Peet's Coffee & Tea. Disney's teen hunks,
the Jonas Brothers, walked the casino's main promenade when they performed here; and so did the ageless Bruce Springsteen after his Scottrade concert. "American Idol's" David Cook hit the blackjack table when he was in town, and an ESPN crew was spotted tagging alongside Lumière's poker room regular, Dennis Phillips,
who is also the 2008 World Series of Poker chip leader. The feature on
Phillips is set to air in the fall during the poker finals on the
network.
