Poker Tournaments, Mouse Racing, and Casino Nights

You may have noticed in a previous FAQ post the Missouri Gaming Commission takes calls daily on the legality of these type of events. The bottom line is we have no statutory authority to regulate anything other than riverboat gambling and charitable bingo. Rick Alm writes in today's Kansas City Star that poker tournaments are slipping through legal loopholes. It's an interesting story.
