Isle of Capri

ST. LOUIS — Casino operator Isle of Capri Casinos Inc. is promoting Arnold Block to chief operating officer.

Block takes over the post from Virginia McDowell, who was promoted to CEO in April.

Block joined the company in 2008, serving as senior vice president of the Isle brand. He has almost 20 years of experience in the regional gambling business and previously held positions at Harrah's Entertainment and Argosy Gaming Co.

Isle, based in St. Louis, owns and runs casinos in Missouri, Mississippi, Louisiana, Iowa, Colorado and Florida.

Commissioner Bradley

The Missouri Gaming Commission welcomes Commissioner Suzanne Bradley. Bradley, a St.Joseph, Missouri attorney has previously served on the Commission for a three year term ending in April 2010.

MGC Executive Director Roger Stottlemyre says "we are very pleased Suzanne Bradley will be joining the Commission. She brings a wealth of both legal experience, and knowledge of the Missouri Gaming Commission's regulatory functions." Bradley will begin her service at the next regular monthly meeting, which is June 22nd at 9 a.m. in Jefferson City.

Bradley will replace Commissioner Noel Shull. Shull served two, three year terms. His appointment expired April of 2011.
