On Notice

This letter was sent May 12th to city and county officials across the state.

Dear
City
/ County officials;

The Missouri Gaming Commission will have a riverboat gaming
casino license available within the very near future. We have heard from
several interested jurisdictions and want to be sure everyone is on notice of
the available license.

The Missouri Gaming Commission staff will hold a
pre-application conference on May 18th in Jefferson City to discuss statutory criteria,
and to find out from interested jurisdictions as to how long it will take to
prepare an application. Questions regarding this license will also be answered.

By Missouri Constitution, riverboat gaming casinos must be
located within one thousand feet of the main channel of the Missouri
or Mississippi
rivers.

Please advise us if you plan to attend the meeting.
