Casino Sues Patron

An Indiana Court of Appeals is hearing a case involving a woman who wrote checks at a casino which were returned for insufficient funds. The woman's argument is that the casino should not have invited her to play because she is a compulsive gambler. Read the story in the SouthBendTribune.com
