Thomas Irwin has been appointed to the St. Louis Board of Police Commissioners for a term ending January 31, 2015. Governor Jay Nixon appointed Irwin who currently serves as executive director of Civic Progress in St.Louis. He has also served as deputy director of the City of St.Louis' economic development agency.
